Neopets Game - Faerie Cloud Racers

Faerie Cloud Racers: Faerie Cloud Racers is a hard game if you don't have a lot of hand-eye coordination. But I like it because if you score AT LEAST 532 you will get 1000 nps. You should play it as much as you can, although I do admit it is pretty time consuming.

Basically, you want to manuever through the sky avoiding obstacles. My strategy is that you (obviously) avoid the obstacles, and box your opponent in, versus the faerie cloud racers in the first mode, where you just try not to crash for as long as you can. So, you should go straight as it starts you, and then turn up or down, (you should decide before the game) and attempt to make a box around your opponent.

The point giving system is based on how fast you can run them into something, so you should try to make the box as small and compact as possible without running into something yourself. This is the best strategy I have found in my quest. Say you pick being the dark faerie(as I always do). You will play in easy mode up until you reach the Tooth Faerie. Anyhoo, the fifth faerie becomes easy on the obstacles once more, but hers and your speed increases greatly. You will need to react very quickly on this level and all the levels following. You can turn up and down, but you cannot go directly behind you.

Example: If you are going by the up arrow keys direction, you cannot simply press the down button because it has no effect and can leave you confused. There is only one word to type during this game, and it clears all obstacles that the level would've had. It is "snowfaerie" and it is helpful, but maybe you should save it until you are facing Fyora.

Speaking of levels, it progresses like this: Fire Faerie (Ember), Snow Faerie (Taelia), Earth Faerie (Illusen), Water Faerie , Tooth Faerie and then Light Faerie. These are also the racers you can choose from to play as you. After the Light Faerie level, you go on to face Fyora. She is fast speed, and obstacles like the fourth competitor. It is very hard to beat her, but always remember that your best shot at winning strategically is to box your opponenent in.
